It is essential that your billing and shipping addresses correspond in your order. If there is a discrepancy between the billing and shipping addresses, your order will be CANCELED and a refund will be issued.
Online orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days before they are shipped in order to mitigate fraudulent activity.
The Top Collections isn’t responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. The Top Collections does not hold responsibility for packages that state it have been delivered or listed as untraceable.
